LIABILITY
WAIVER

1. Acknowledgment of risks

I understand and acknowledge that participating in combat sports through matches arranged via POUNDRR involves risks including, but not limited to:

• Serious bodily injury, including brain damage, paralysis, or death
• Broken bones, torn ligaments, and other physical injuries
• Concussions and other head trauma
• Cuts, bruises, and lacerations
• Long-term health complications
• Emotional and psychological trauma

2. Voluntary participation

I am voluntarily participating in combat sports activities and matches arranged through POUNDRR. I am in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.

3. Release of liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue POUNDRR, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me while participating in activities arranged through the App.

4. Medical treatment

I authorize POUNDRR event organizers to obtain emergency medical treatment for me if necessary. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical treatment costs.

5. Verification disclaimer

• POUNDRR's fighter verification process does not guarantee skill level, safety, or suitability
• Verification is for identity and basic credential checking only
• I am solely responsible for assessing my opponent's capabilities and my own readiness
• I should conduct my own due diligence before agreeing to fight anyone

6. Platform role

• A technology platform for connecting fighters and managing events
• NOT an event organizer, promoter, or sanctioning body
• NOT responsible for the safety, organization, or conduct of events
• NOT providing medical, legal, or professional advice

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from my participation in combat sports activities, my use of the POUNDRR platform, my violation of these terms or any laws, or any injury I cause to other participants.

8. Insurance

I understand that POUNDRR does not provide health, accident, or liability insurance for participants. I am solely responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage if desired.

9. Governing law

This Waiver shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to conflict of law principles. (Counsel to confirm the final governing-law clause.)

10. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Acknowledgment

I HAVE READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by agreeing to it, and agree to it freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
