Matched fighters submit fight or sparring videos and their experience in the app, and a reviewer checks them. Our team verifies identity in person separately. Verification does not assess skill or guarantee safety, so always do your own due diligence before agreeing to a bout.
POUNDRR runs real fight nights in the UAE. Fans buy spectator tickets on poundrr.com or in the app (priced in AED) and sign a short spectator acknowledgement before entry. Tickets are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
Your ticket and its QR code were emailed to the address you bought with, so check your spam folder first. Tickets bought on the website also show under My tickets in the same browser. Bought on another device or cleared your browser? Use Find my tickets to have them emailed again. If you mistyped your email at checkout, contact support@poundrr.com.
Yes. If an event is cancelled, eligible ticket purchases are refunded to your original payment method, typically within 7 to 10 business days.
In the app, go to Profile → Settings and tap Delete account. See Delete your account for what is erased and what is kept. Your personal data, verification media, and profile content are erased within 30 days. You can also email privacy@poundrr.com.
