YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your POUNDRR account and the personal data tied to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open POUNDRR and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out. The associated data is then erased as described below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@poundrr.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We verify the request and delete your account and data on your behalf. There is no charge.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we erase the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your profile: name, date of birth, bio, city and country, gym affiliation, and fighter attributes.
• Your photos and fighter-verification videos.
• Your matches, likes, passes, predictions, follows, and tickets.
• Your push-notification tokens, in-app notifications, sessions, and username reservation.
• Parties you host, and your requests to join other parties.

What we keep, and for how long

A limited set of records is retained where the law or platform safety requires it:

• Financial and transaction records (for example ticket purchase references held by our payment processor, Stripe) are retained as required by law, typically up to 7 years.
• Safety, moderation, and legal-acceptance records (such as reports against your account and waiver acceptances) are retained as long as needed for safety, dispute, and legal-defence purposes.

Everything else (your personal data, verification media, photos, and profile content) is erased within 30 days. Some copies held in routine backups expire on the backup cycle.
