TERMS OF
SERVICE

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the POUNDRR application (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and (for fighters) the Liability Waiver. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must comply with all laws and regulations applicable to combat sports where you participate.
• Fighters must provide accurate identity and experience information and complete identity verification.

3. Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Fighters must complete verification (submitting fight or sparring videos and experience details); identity is checked by our team and any media is handled per the Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law (see §6).

4. User-generated content

• You are solely responsible for content you upload (photos, bio, and other profile content) and must have the rights to it.
• You grant POUNDRR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the App to operate the service. You retain ownership.
• Photos are automatically screened and may be held for human review before they are visible to others.

5. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users

You must not, and must not attempt to:

• Post sexual, pornographic, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content;
• Harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or abuse any person;
• Post content that is illegal or that you lack the rights to;
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or fighting experience;
• Circumvent safety, verification, or security measures.

Every user can report content and block any other user from the back of their fight card. We review reports of objectionable content and abusive users and take action, removing content and/or suspending the offending account, within 24 hours. A suspended user loses access to the service.

6. Suspension & termination

We may remove content and suspend or terminate your account, at our discretion and without prior notice where warranted, for violating these Terms, posting objectionable content, abusive behaviour, fraud, false information, or illegal activity. Suspended accounts cannot access the App; contact support@poundrr.com to appeal.

8. Payments & refunds

• Payments are processed by Stripe. Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless an event is cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, eligible purchases are refunded to the original payment method (typically within 7 to 10 business days).
• Pricing and availability may change.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, POUNDRR and its affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained in connection with fights, for the accuracy of user profiles or credentials, or for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POUNDRR, its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. (Counsel to confirm the final governing-law and venue clause for all launch jurisdictions.)

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will revise the "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, notify users. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
