By purchasing a ticket to and attending a Poundrr live event (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Attending a live combat-sports event carries inherent risks: crowds, objects leaving the competition area, proximity to the bout, and the conduct of other attendees. You knowingly and voluntarily accept these risks.
Code of Conduct: You will not engage in violence or disorderly behaviour, enter restricted or competitor areas, or interfere with fighters, officials, or staff. You will follow all venue and security instructions.
Ejection: Breach of this code of conduct may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
Release & Indemnification: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Poundrr, its affiliates, and venues from liability arising from your attendance, and you indemnify them for harm you cause to other persons or property.
Governing Law: This acknowledgement is governed by applicable local law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
